## Description

Join Electronic Arts (EA) as a Talent Coordinator and help inspire the world to play. You will be part of the People Experience team, guiding candidates through their journey and ensuring a seamless recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews for 20+ candidates weekly and arrange completion of candidate Non-Disclosure Agreements.

- Coordinate and execute onboarding tasks for new hires, including processing transactions and collaborating with internal teams.

- Review and audit offer details and employment contracts for compliance, maintaining precise records.

- Contribute to strategic projects across the Global Talent Acquisition Team, improving recruiting processes and leading candidate assessment activities.

Required Qualifications:

- 1+ years of professional experience in an administrative role supporting recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
