## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join the EA SPORTS UFC team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will help define the next generation of the franchise and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of players.

The Role:

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Experience Designer with strong craft and great attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with creative, technical, and product partners to shape outstanding, player-centric experiences from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design of intuitive, responsive, and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across different platforms

- Create and maintain clear design documentation, including user flow diagrams, wireframes, and design specifications

- Leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance design velocity, craft, and execution while maintaining high-quality standards

- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to more junior designers on the team

Qualifications:

- 5-8+ years of experience in game development, experience design, or a related product design field

- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and showcasing your expertise in creating user-centered design solutions

- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suites, or similar)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience working on live service or AAA games

- A passion for video games and interactive entertainment

- A strong interest in the UFC brand
