As a Sr. Developer - LifeAsia, you will play a crucial role in the enhancement and maintenance of Prudential's Core admin system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Enhance and maintain Prudential's Core admin system

- Collaborate with front-end system application teams to ensure end-to-end software lifecycle robustness

- Align the Applications Management function with company strategy

- Define and document scope changes during project lifecycles

- Analyze problems and implement technical solutions

- Prepare technical specifications and maintain documentation

- Conduct unit/integration testing and quality analysis

- Work closely with Business Analysts to deliver robust and error-free application systems

- Ensure compliance with IT governance policy

- Provide technical reviews and quality analysis of code for junior members

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science and Engineering

- 8+ years of experience in AS/400, SMART/400-based insurance applications, specifically in Life/400 and Life/Asia applications

- Experience working with LifeAsia SOAP APIs

- Strong analytical and coordination skills

- Experience in conceptual and functional business process modeling

- Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus

- Fluent English communication skills

**Technical Skills:**

- Data Query Language: SQL400

- Database: DB2

- Development: COBOL400, SMART400
