Join Levine & Sons Plumbing, Heating & Cooling as a motivated, results-driven Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions.

As a Comfort Advisor, you will:

- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and present recommended solutions.

- Deliver professional, engaging in-home sales presentations.

- Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and exceptional service.

- Close sales and help customers choose the best solutions for their homes.

- Follow up consistently with customers and maintain strong relationships.

- Work leads generated through our in-house marketing team, repeat customers, referrals, and personal prospecting.

- Manage your schedule and sales opportunities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least 3 years of sales experience.

- Strong in-home presentation, communication, and closing skills.

- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with excellent follow-through.

- An outgoing personality and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

- A customer-first mindset built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

- Flexibility to meet customers on their schedules.

- A valid driver's license.

- HVAC experience is a plus, especially for technicians interested in transitioning into a sales career.
