## Description

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for representing Charlotte Tilbury in a large multi-retailer territory.

The role involves achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential and ensuring superior service to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed plan

- Determining individual and team sales targets

- Communicating agreed targets and working with direct reports to identify and deliver sales objectives

- Identifying and executing key and incremental Eventing opportunities

- Inspiring and motivating CT door teams to drive sales

- Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities

- Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Tilbury Touch

- Leading by example and maintaining a professional appearance

- Developing and implementing sales strategies and training programs

- Building relationships with retailers and store teams

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator will report to the Sales and Artistry Executive.
