## Description

We're looking for a Sr. Specialist, Deal Underwriting, Research & Sales to join our team in Shanghai. You'll implement deal underwriting to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process complies with internal and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct market research on debt product issuance and investor needs, and provide feedback to sourcing underwriting staff.

- Assist in due diligence and feasibility studies, and support drafting relevant reports.

- Establish and maintain close relationships with investors, such as insurance companies, IAMCs, banks, and pension funds, to promote fundraising and facilitate product initiation.

- Monitor market evolution and regulatory requirement updates to assist in formulating issuance strategies.

- Liaise with investors during the full life-cycle of a product to coordinate post-investment events.

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree from a well-known domestic or overseas university.

- At least 4 years of experience in debt product issuance or sales in IAMC, Trust company, Bank, or relevant financial institutions.

- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or Lawyer's license are preferred.

- Strong communication, active planning, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and be accountable, efficient, and a good team player.
