## Description

As a Technical Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively executing maintenance operations, leading a team of approximately 10 technicians, and supervising external technicians.

Your main tasks will include:

- Providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to your team members

- Ensuring the quality and quantity of work delivered meet the required standards

- Contributing to the development and implementation of the plant strategy

- Analysing problems and identifying opportunities for process optimisation

- Conducting fault analyses and developing action plans

- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A technical education at HBO level

- Experience in a production environment and as a supervisor

- Strong technical skills and a hands-on mentality

- Excellent communication and team leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
