## Description

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team at W Hotels in Hong Kong. As a Guest Service Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

- Setting tables and communicating with the kitchen

- Interacting and serving guests

- Cleaning work areas and supplies

- Managing the menu and taking a hands-on approach to work

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Less than 1 year of related work experience

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
