## Description

We are seeking a Business Manager- Collections Credit Infrastructure to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and building solutions to strengthen our credit infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Data Science, ML Tech, and Product partners to build and integrate new solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Partner with Data Science to develop new models to drive personalised treatment for customers

- Design new in-market foundational tests to ground credit policy and power ML models

- Use customer data to identify gaps in current decisioning frameworks

- Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success

- Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing coaching and mentoring

- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies

- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights

- Drive step-change improvements in credit performance

- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against product strategy

**Requirements:**

- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis

- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems)

- Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience in analysis

- 2+ years of experience in financial services

- 1+ year of experience in consulting

- 2+ years of experience in people management

**Salary:**

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 per year

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 per year
