## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will join the dynamic and strong ambassador team of our brand and products.

Your role will be to understand our target group and be responsible for placing the brand image, representing and understanding the product on your area of work.

Your goal is to reach new consumers, interest students, increase sales and manage the business in your assigned town or region.

This includes direct contact with consumers, sharing products and working on Red Bull's unforgettable events.

As a Student Marketeer, you will enjoy the flexibility of the job and love working in a creative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the ambassador of the brand and product

Live the values and characteristics of our brand and company so that our consumers can best experience the world of Red Bull.

Increase the user base by introducing consumers to our product and its benefits at the right time and place, responding professionally to consumer questions.

Create and implement a targeted, innovative activity plan on the faculty and around it, which will represent a positive image of our brand to students.

Connect, establish and maintain contacts with key individuals.

Use authentic content from Red Bull channels on your social media to inspire others.

By working on Red Bull events or those we support, you will ensure an unforgettable experience for our consumers, simultaneously gaining excellent experience for yourself.

Achieve unimpeachable success in your job and demonstrate passion for details in all areas of your role.

Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular interaction.

Plan and report precisely and on time about your activities through the appropriate platform.

Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business by providing insight into the local situation, trends and general possibilities.

Build relationships with local sales managers and ensure availability and visibility of Red Bull on the sales point.

Collaborate with the sales sector to expand the distribution of Red Bull within your faculty, town and wider.

Use available resources from the Red Bull world to make our products the first choice of consumers.

Ensure excellence in implementing established sales standards.

Requirements:

- You have a student status.

- You have a good command of Serbian and English languages.

- You have a valid B-category driver’s license.
