## Description

WSP is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join their Facilities team.

This role is ideal for a motivated engineer looking to expand their technical expertise, take greater ownership of projects, and contribute to complex, high-performing facility and infrastructure projects across multiple market sectors.

The successful candidate will support site civil design efforts from concept through construction and play a key role in delivering successful projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects

- Developing design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools to support 3D coordination and visualization

- Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and contractors

- Supporting permitting and regulatory agency coordination

- Assisting with construction administration and responding to field questions as needed

- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and contributing to overall project success

- Applying WSP's quality management processes, including QA/QC reviews

- Demonstrating sound engineering judgment while adapting and applying engineering principles, codes, and standards

- Growing toward leading projects with guidance, mentoring, and oversight from senior engineers

The expected salary for this position is $102,200 - $160,000.
