## Description

You will be part of the IOH Client Management SMO Team, ensuring optimal service and high levels of satisfaction for IGO/NGO/GOV broker and client base.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

- Independently manage a selection of SMO clients and brokers

- Take ownership of client/broker relations, contacts, enquiries, and escalations

- Monitor swift implementation of new clients/brokers and services

- Build client/broker intimacy and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders

- Visit larger clients/brokers (Tier 1)

- Engage in regular communications on Cigna services and performance

- Communicate annual renewal conditions and maximize client retention by negotiating renewals at sustainable rates

- Proactively identify and pursue up- and cross-sell opportunities

- Align the company's service proposition to the client's needs while ensuring operational efficiency

- Perform meticulous contract management

- Analyse claims experience and advise clients/brokers

- Coordinate complaint and problem resolution with other departments

In this role, you will also:

- Look for opportunities for improvement and proactively suggest efficiency gains to achieve Cigna's objectives

- Learn and self-develop continuously through trainings and other learning opportunities

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree or equivalent by experience

- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance or administration industry

- Excellent knowledge of English; additional language a plus

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Sociable, correct, professional, and at ease in contact with different stakeholders

- Team player

- Looking for a professional experience in an international context

- Working under pressure is not an obstacle; able to take ownership of a situation

- Always looking for solutions

- Capable of prioritizing workloads to meet tight deadlines

- Some experience in collation of data and statistical analysis

- Sound knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with Access a plus
