## Description

As a Senior Merchant Success Manager at ShipBob, you will play a crucial role in providing a world-class experience to grow and retain the company's enterprise and strategic merchants.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with internal stakeholders and team leads to continuously improve the merchant experience

- Increasing the average performance and KPIs of customers to ensure a world-class customer experience

- Coaching team members to enhance performance for middle-market, complex merchants

- Analyzing merchants' supply chain performance and identifying opportunities or risks to advise proactive countermeasures

- Conducting business reviews and tracking merchant growth within ShipBob

- Growing and maintaining transparent and strategic relationships at all levels within merchants

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 4-6 years of experience in sales and merchant services in a related industry

- Business review experience with internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to manage and foster a positive team culture

- Established ability to build consultative and executive-level customer relationships

- Solid conflict resolution abilities and negotiation experience

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
