## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service during late night shifts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

- Delivering outstanding customer experiences, even in high-pressure situations

- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide seamless customer service

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers and contribute to the success of our business. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, knowledgeable about M&S Food products, and able to work effectively in a team.

**Working Pattern:** Thursday 18:00-22:00 Friday 18:00-22:00 Saturday 18:00-22:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
