## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work through the night, specifically Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 21:00 to 06:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, and thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to our customers

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, and support your colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment, and work across various areas of the store

You should be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible.

**Additional Information:**

- Under 18 disclaimer: Due to the early morning working hours, we can't consider applications from anyone under the age of 18.

- Unsocial premium: £3.00 p/h is added to any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
