## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Silverlink Newcastle store. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 06:00-10:00. During the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours due to operational requirements.

In this role, you will be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service at pace and embracing the transformation M&S is driving. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
