## Description

The Attach and Train Programme (AnT) is a 15-month structured on-the-job training programme with GSK, designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore's advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world-leading biopharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out implementation activities for plant modifications, capital projects, and other identified plant improvement projects

- Lead troubleshooting in Instrumentation and provide continuous improvements to process plant

- Maintain site equipment and facilities to high GMP standards

- Apply continuous improvement mindset and knowledge to perform 5S and optimisation of maintenance and calibration activities

- Provide input to project teams and develop maintenance plans for newly installed equipment

- Monitor and enforce compliance measures, including safety

- Supervise, develop, and motivate technicians

- Contribute to the development of the annual operating budget

- Plan and implement plant maintenance, manage engineering resources, and resolve breakdowns

- Support customer complaints and deviation investigations

- Prepare and issue Engineering Technical Reports

- Manage the site's computerized maintenance system

Education / Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Control / Electrical Engineering or related fields

What you will learn:

- Instrumentation experience in the process / pharmaceutical industry

- Basic awareness of industrial standards

- Good understanding of local codes and requirements

- Familiarity with Engineering Standards (ES)

- SAP knowledge in Maintenance module (advantageous)

- Effective communication skills

- Effective root cause analysis and CAPA
