## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to drive the future of its AI developer tools and technology. This role involves leading a team of 4-8 engineers, working with product and engineering partners, and collaborating with cross-organisation teams.

The successful candidate will have:

- A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, combined with 8+ overall years of hands-on experience building and supporting AI or developer tools.

- 4+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in a technical environment.

- Experience with Agile software development or other iterative delivery processes.

- Strong software engineering skills and a working knowledge of Go, Python, and JavaScript.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and multi-functional partners.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers.

- Working closely with product and engineering partners to define roadmap priorities and drive technical execution.

- Collaborating with cross-organisation teams to deliver coordinated developer experiences.

- Improving engineering efficiency through internal tools, frameworks, automation, and development guidelines.

- Ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
