## Description

This Senior Analyst role in S&P Global's Credit Ratings team involves leading analysis for an assigned corporate portfolio, driving productivity and quality through AI-enabled tools, and contributing to the development of credit ratings. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate credit analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.

**Responsibilities and Impact:**

- Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to junior analysts, building capability in credit analysis and analytical tooling.

- Drive consistency and scalability by codifying standard work and promoting shared analytical practices.

- Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery.

- Own ongoing surveillance for an assigned portfolio, synthesizing performance data and market signals into decision-useful insights.

- Engage with external parties, communicating complex analysis clearly and with credibility.

**Requirements:**

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate credit analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.

- Demonstrated credit, financial, and risk analysis skills.

- Practical experience embedding AI tools or automation into analytical workflows.

- Proficiency in analytical tools and willingness to learn data and automation platforms.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Anticipated base salary range: $100,000 to $154,000 USD.
