## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Acute Care team in FORT WALTON BEACH, Florida. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

- Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff

**Requirements:**

- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program

- Current or pending state licensure

- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
