## Description

We are looking for a Strategy & Analytics Lead to drive mission-critical product and business decisions at Faire, a technology wholesale platform.

The successful candidate will own the strategic direction for a cross-functional pod, identifying and answering critical questions to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Breaking down complex strategic problems to uncover actionable insights

- Tackling large cross-functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics

- Identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, executing in-depth analyses, and making recommendations to Faire's leadership team

- Owning key metrics for the business and surfacing salient strategic insights

- Providing thought partnership to cross-functional teammates

- Developing effective and scalable operational processes

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role

- Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leaders

- Solid analytical foundation, with proficiency in SQL or Excel

- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

In terms of specifics, we are looking for someone who can:

- Break down ambiguous problems and apply a first-principles approach to solving them

- Execute complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance

- Contextualize insights within broader business goals and have a strong understanding of product and business metrics

- Work independently and as part of a team to drive business outcomes

Salary Range: $164,000 - 225,500 per year
