## Description

We are looking for a Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance in the Investor Relations & Strategic Finance department.

In this critical position, you will drive key investor relations projects and play a pivotal role in our quarterly earnings processes. You will also lead high-impact strategic finance initiatives that support our long-term growth, competitive positioning, and operational success.

Responsibilities:

- Support the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work

- Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects to support strategic initiatives

- Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify and synthesize key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics, drivers, and scalability

- Collaborate on the execution of our annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences

- Support high-impact corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with a strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers

- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth, with the capability to confidently discuss valuation frameworks for M&A and due diligence

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
