## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Ballymena as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working Monday 10:00 - 14:00, Thursday 13:30 - 17:30, Friday 13:30 - 17:30, and Saturday 13:30 - 17:30.

As a brand ambassador, you'll provide five-star service, recommend food and drinks, and ensure the café runs smoothly during busy periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Being digitally confident to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Delivering quality service under pressure

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs

Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
