## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team in Costa Mesa, CA. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for project ownership and programming, setup and operation of 5-axis CNC machines, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models

- Program, set up, and operate CNC multi-axis milling and turning machines

- Design and implement various work holding and fixture methods

- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments during the manufacturing process

- Perform quality control checks during and at the completion of the manufacturing process

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a programmer using CAM software such as Esprit or hyperMill

- 5+ years of experience as a machine setup/operator

- Clear understanding of G and M code

- High level of familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machining

- Experience with 5-axis milling, live tooling lathes, mill-turns, and/or multi-task machines

- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Brother controls

- High level of familiarity with various alloys, metals, and plastics

- High level of tooling and fixture experience

- High level of GD&T knowledge

- Ability to take ownership of the entire manufacturing process from start to finish

- Ability to adapt between R&D and short production

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

- U.S. Person status is required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Esprit or hyperMill CAM experience

- Experience with 5-axis simultaneous programming

- Experience with Siemens NX CAD (Teamcenter)
