## Description

As a Store Manager at Coolblue, you will lead a team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage your team on a daily basis with the help of assistants.

- Develop your colleagues' skills every day in collaboration with the store Coach, Service Coordinators, and Shop Manager Assistants.

- Analyse store performance and proactively make proposals to the Store Manager to improve situations.

- Use your commercial sense and available data to set short-term and long-term objectives.

Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- At least 2 years of management experience in sales

- Fluent in French and Dutch, good level of English

- Familiarity with consumer electronics
