## Description

The WREN, inspired by Japanese culture, offers a unique dining experience blending Japanese street food with modern American elements. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with Executive Chef Yo Matsuzaki to ensure the culinary department operates effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Manage staff to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.

- Develop menus, monitor inventory, and control costs.

- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve concerns.

- Train team members and maintain records.

- Conduct routine inspections for quality and safety.

- Manage staff performance and development.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of progressive kitchen supervisory experience.

- High school diploma or GED required; college and/or culinary degree preferred.

- Serve Safe certification or equivalent required.

- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
