## Description

We are seeking a British Sign Language (BSL) Video Quality Specialist to join our team remotely in the UK. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of video content, utilising your technical expertise and BSL skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in video editing and a passion for digital video, with 2-4 years of experience working with digital video. You will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, proposing solutions, and communicating effectively with the team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Utilising BSL skills to verify spoken dialogue against BSL signing content

- Identifying and resolving technical issues with digital video and audio

- Proposing short-term and long-term solutions to improve video quality

- Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality video content

Requirements:

- British Sign Language (BSL) skills

- Strong technical knowledge of digital video and audio

- Experience with video editing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Effective communication skills

Ideal candidates will have:

- Knowledge of subscription video content services

- Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills

- Proficiency in another language (optional)

This is a 12-month contract with a possible extension, offering a yearly salary of £31,850.
