## Description

Join the Green Coast Hotel, a luxury beachfront hotel in Palasë, Albania, as a Reception Agent for the summer season from May to September 2027.

As a Reception Agent, you will take care of guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service

- Take initiative to add a personalized experience

- Proudly promote hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment

- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
