## Description

We are seeking a Home Manager to lead our team at Sutton Lodge Care Home in Weybridge. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding, personalised care to our residents, leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, and managing all aspects of the home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide outstanding, personalised care to our residents

- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team

- Manage all aspects of the home, including budgets and regulatory compliance

- Develop strong internal and external relationships

**Requirements:**

- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise

- LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification

- Commercial acumen and strategic mind

- Ability to develop an environment focused on continuous improvement

- Effective communication and leadership skills
