## Description

At Cloudflare, we're on a mission to help build a better Internet. As a Pre-Sales Customer Engineer, you will represent the core driver of our technical go-to-market strategy, acting as a trusted advisor from initial discovery to long-term adoption and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Validation: Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across Cloudflare's portfolio.

- Trusted Advisory: Maintain a continuous, deep relationship with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.

- Strategic Alignment: Ensure continuous alignment between the customer's evolving business goals and our product roadmap.

- Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth.

- AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical Pre-Sales role.

- Broad technical expertise spanning web application security, networking, SASE, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.

- Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.

- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Compensation: This role features a competitive base salary and a variable commission structure tied to the successful execution of full-lifecycle commercial targets.
