## Description

Join a member hotel of the Accor franchise group, located in the city centre of Abbeville. The hotel has 72 rooms, 5 meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a bar.

As a Receptionist, you will take care of our clients from their arrival to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

The establishment offers:

- A collaborator card with reduced rates at Accor

Your role:

- Welcome clients, ensure check-in and check-out, establish billing and payment while guaranteeing exceptional service

- Offer a personalised experience for the client

- Promote the establishment's facilities, improve the client's stay by offering services

Qualifications:

- Similar experience is a plus

- Mastery of Opera software, FOLS

- Mastery of English

Additional Information:

- Knowledge of other languages is a plus (German, Dutch)
