As a Director, Product Management - Enterprise Services & Supplier Product, Risk & Operations, you will lead a greenfield initiative to build an enterprise-scale product from the ground up. You will design and deliver a first-of-its-kind third-party management system that redefines how Capital One operates across its entire network.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000

- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900

- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
