## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a Software Engineer at AVL Italia, you will be involved in designing, developing, integrating, testing, maintaining, and evolving software solutions, contributing to system performance optimization and continuous product improvement.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Advanced knowledge of C++ standards, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and synchronization

- Experience in frontend development with Qt/QML and JavaScript frameworks, focusing on UI/UX design, usability, and integration with backend, REST API, and databases

- Embedded software development skills in C/C++, algorithmic design, signal processing, digital filters, and performance optimization

- Knowledge of Linux Embedded, communication buses, and protocols such as Modbus, I2C, UART, and SPI

- Proficiency in using MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm development, simulation, and validation before porting to target systems

- Database design, development, management, and maintenance skills for relational and real-time databases

- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, and major backend development frameworks

- Debugging, profiling, versioning with Git/CVS, code documentation, and structured software change management

- Experience in integrating with existing systems, application troubleshooting, and technical support for the development team

**Your Profile:**

- At least 3 years of software development experience

- Availability to work continuously in the Marche region for a minimum period of 12 months

- Strong problem-solving capabilities and goal-oriented mindset

- Teamwork and collaboration attitude in multidisciplinary contexts

- Good planning, organization, and technical communication skills

- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, in technical contexts

- Occasional travel availability, as needed and agreed upon in advance

**What We Offer:**

- Starting salary: 39,000 euros per year
