## Description

Join Twilio's Finance team as a Carrier Deal Desk Manager, supporting carrier supplier negotiations and wholesale trading transactions. You will lead financial assessments of complex agreements, shape deal structures, and provide recommendations to executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

- Lead financial diligence for complex carrier agreements and wholesale transactions

- Build and review deal models and scenarios

- Partner with stakeholders to drive resolution of financial deal decisions

- Establish and maintain financial guardrails and approval standards

- Track key commitments and deal assumptions

- Identify recurring deal themes and risks

- Coach senior analysts on modeling and financial judgment

Qualifications:

- 8+ years in commercial finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical role

- Strong financial modeling skills and judgment

- Experience leading financial strategy for high-stakes vendor negotiations

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate financial trade-offs

- Experience establishing analytical standards and financial guardrails

- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar workflow systems

Location: Remote - US (not eligible in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA)

Compensation: Estimated pay ranges vary by location

- Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington D.C.: $96,640 - $120,800

- New York, New Jersey, Washington State, California (outside of San Francisco Bay area): $102,240 - $127,800

- San Francisco Bay area, California: $113,600 - $142,000
