## Description

As a Lead Product Analyst at Wise, you will play a key role in creating an entirely new network for the world's money. Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of customers as they register with Wise for the first time or access their accounts, and partner with cross-functional teams to solve critical pain points.

You will derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, support and improve onboarding and access to Wise for new and existing customers. You will also collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle to build and iterate product changes based on your insights.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deriving actionable insights from data to inform product decisions

- Partnering with product managers, engineers, and designers to build and iterate product changes

- Evaluating high-impact areas of opportunity and identifying ways to support and accelerate

- Building automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimize repetitive tasks

- Helping teams understand their progress and communicating this outside of the team

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight generation

Requirements:

- Strong quantitative skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis

- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data pipelines

- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions

- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau

- Ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions

- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have but not essential:

- Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem

- Knowledge of the Fraud and Authentication space

What Wise offers:

- Salary: £75,000 - £115,000
