## Description

The Production Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for packaging and shipping pharmaceuticals and medical supplies at the Express Scripts Canada Pharmacy in Mississauga.

The role involves:

- Packaging prescription medications according to regulatory requirements

- Retrieving, counting, pouring, weighing, or measuring quantities of medications as directed

- Reviewing patient notes and preferences on the pharmacy operating system

- Assembling patient information materials

- Receiving medication deliveries and maintaining medication inventory

- Supporting the management of the pharmacy's medication inventory, including expiry checks and product organization

- Supporting supply-related needs and maintaining an organized work area

Requirements include:

- 2 years of relatable experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting

- Proficiency in Kroll software and intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and stand/walk for shifts
