## Description

We are Starling Bank, a fully licensed UK bank founded by Anne Boden, a woman. We use technology to help people manage their money in a new and transformative way.

Our Technology Operations team provides first-line support for Starling, serving internal colleagues and external technology partners. As a Technology Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team supporting a primarily Apple Mac estate and critical infrastructure across two offices.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Technology Operations team across multiple offices

- Drive team performance and behaviours in line with company values

- Provide day-to-day oversight for Mac and Windows environments

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements

- Assist with escalations to third-party suppliers

- Develop data-driven dashboards to identify process improvements

- Manage incident response and escalation processes

- Support IT projects related to office infrastructure and hardware lifecycle management

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing technical support or operations teams

- Strong working knowledge of macOS and Windows support

- Experience with management tools such as Zentral, Intune, and Meraki

- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations

- Experience with incident management and ITSM tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
