## Description

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to own and elevate the day-to-day experience of our people across the full employee lifecycle. This is a critical role for a company that moves fast, operates across multiple geographies, and genuinely believes that a strong team is the foundation of everything we build.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our people processes run smoothly and reliably , from onboarding to offboarding, from policy execution to HR data integrity. You understand that every interaction with an employee is a touchpoint that shapes how people feel about working at Yuno, and you approach that responsibility with care and precision.

You'll also be someone who doesn't wait for the playbook to be written. Yuno is scaling quickly, and our People function needs to grow with it. That means identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and having the resilience to push through ambiguity until the right solution is in place. If you see something that can be better, you fix it.

Your contribution will be:

- Own and execute end-to-end people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employment documentation

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS systems and ensure data integrity at all times

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes

- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries in LATAM

- Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and propose scalable solutions to improve the employee experience

- Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local labor regulations

- Coordinate and track key People team workflows and milestones, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

- Generate HR reports and people metrics to support decision-making across the organization

## Skills

### Required
- Fluent English
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles
- Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with HRIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations in at least one LATAM country
