## Description

We are seeking students to join our Marketing Gurus internship programme at HP, one of the world's most influential tech brands. As a Marketing Guru, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects, manage budgets for social media campaigns, run cooperation with media partners, and assist with video adverts on new HP products.

Over 13 months from 1st July 2027 to 31st July 2028, you will go through an onboarding phase and two 6-month game levels. You will start by learning about the business, our strategies, and getting to know our team. You will then be given your own projects and learn your craft, delivering results and overcoming challenges.

Requirements:

- 13-month placement opportunity, running from July 1st, 2027, to July 31st, 2028

- Applicants must be able to live and work in the UK as a hybrid worker, with regular travel to the Reading HQ

- Candidates should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program

As a Marketing Guru, you should have:

- A curious mind eager to explore growing a career in the fast-paced technology field

- A marketing-related degree, completed full-time second year on target to achieve at least 2:1

- Self-starter, with a key role in extra-curriculum activities

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep everyone involved and on track

- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive achieving outstanding results in collaboration

- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with alternative solutions

- Ability to juggle competing priorities, staying focused on key details and owning mission completions

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to find new ways to save time and visualize ideas and results
