## Description

You will join the Demo Team at Salesforce as an Innovator Software Engineer, responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative demos for keynotes and events.

Your day-to-day will consist of creating demos, mentoring junior developers, and leading small teams in development and processes.

You will work closely with product marketers, demo architects, and designers to understand the product strategy and distill key functionality and benefits into engaging demo experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with product marketers, demo architects, and designers to create engaging demos

- Develop innovative and compelling stories and demonstrations that showcase the power of Salesforce

- Ideate and build prototypes for important Salesforce product launches

- Own the architecture of software prototypes and physical experiences for all major Salesforce keynotes

- Manage demo stability across multiple devices and presentation formats

- Coordinate deployment timing and environment locks to ensure zero critical failures on stage

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years industry experience

- Expertise in front-end development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)

- Experience with modern Javascript technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, Node etc.

- Experience with Java, Python or similar languages

- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Heroku, and AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building live product demonstrations for large audiences

- Experience with Slack platform development

- Knowledge of Tableau integration and data visualization

- Ability to turn high fidelity designs into functional prototypes using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Javascript

- Experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Aura, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Administration etc.)
