## Description

Join Amazon's Worldwide Operations team, ensuring employee productivity and customer engagement. You'll play a key part in maintaining customer expectations for timely deliveries.

Amazon's Operation's workflow consists of First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile components. Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) specializes in fast deliveries, combining operations and support teams to enhance the last-mile customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support, mentor, and motivate team members

- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises

- Collaborate with support teams to develop plans meeting business objectives

**Requirements:**

- At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States

- Ability to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required

- Lift 49 pounds, stand and walk during 12-hour shifts, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching

- Work in varying noise levels and temperatures

**Basic Qualifications:**

- 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience

- High school or equivalent

- Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays

- Ability to lift 49 pounds and work 40 hours/week with overtime

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- 1+ year of leadership experience managing others

- 1+ year in a similar environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/retail)

- Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
