## Description

We're looking for a Lead Client Account Manager to lead a team dedicated to agency client success, deepen relationships with key agency partners, and drive the growth and execution of CTV performance campaigns. You will own a portfolio of strategic agency relationships, serve as the senior point of contact for key stakeholders, and build strong, long-lasting agency partnerships.

Responsibilities:

- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic agency relationships

- Develop and execute agency account plans to drive adoption and revenue growth

- Oversee campaign strategy, optimization, and measurement plans

- Serve as a trusted advisor to agency partners on CTV, programmatic, and measurement best practices

- Monitor and analyze performance across agency books of business

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in sales or account management within digital advertising or performance marketing

- Proven track record of managing and growing agency client accounts

- Deep understanding of performance marketing principles, CTV advertising ecosystem, and digital media landscape

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset
