## Description

We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital North London. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will work as an effective member of the Multi-Disciplinary team and promote the best interests of the clients and carers and ensure that prescribed nursing care is effectively implemented.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NMC guidelines, requirements, and professional standards, and be able to demonstrate ongoing post-registration continuing professional development. They will show a positive attitude and a commitment to change, service improvement, and high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework

- Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse

- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress

- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans

The role offers a salary of £37,386 per annum and is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
