## Description

We are seeking a Musketeer Scout to join our team in Antofagasta, Chile. As a Musketeer Scout, you will represent Red Bull as a commercial and marketing consultant, focusing on the Catering and Casinos/Cafeterias channel. Your main responsibility will be to develop new clients and strengthen existing accounts.

You will drive sales growth and brand positioning, ensuring a greater presence of our products, managing distribution, developing business plans for your territory, implementing national campaigns, and activating marketing initiatives. This role requires an interest in the On Premise channel, market knowledge, and skills to generate long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop solid relationships with clients, strategic partners, and influencers.

- Promote the Red Bull brand and strengthen its market presence.

- Stay updated on industry and channel trends.

- Lead commercial and marketing activities in the On Premise channel in your area.

- In-depth knowledge of the market, identifying trends and new opportunities.

- Design and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth.

- Strengthen relationships with current clients and generate new business opportunities.

- Advise clients with a strategic approach to support their development.

- Negotiate beneficial commercial agreements for both parties.

- Develop creative marketing plans to maintain Red Bull's leadership in the On Premise channel.

**Requirements:**

- Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil, Business Administration, or similar degree.

- Desirable experience in the beverage, catering, gastronomy, hospitality, marketing, or sales industry.

- Driving license required, as this is a field-based role.

- Travel 70-80% of the time.
