Cigna International Health is developing a state-of-the-art Global Healthcare CAPS platform to drive the expansion of its health businesses worldwide. You will join a dynamic team at the forefront of global healthcare innovation and make a significant impact on Cigna's growth.

As a Full-Stack Lead Analyst with a strong focus on .NET Technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software systems using the latest technologies and frameworks. You will work on SAS-based product development and agile ways of working.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide technical leadership for the end-to-end development of applications built on C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web Forms.

- Create technical designs for scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with business objectives.

- Establish best practices across the full software development lifecycle.

- Mentor and support a team of developers.

- Work with Oracle or SQL Databases to design and optimize database interactions.

- Develop user-friendly interfaces and responsive front-end components using Angular.

- Lead the design and development of SAS-based products.

- Contribute to an Agile environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and functional issues.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development.

**Requirements**

- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong technical focus on C# and .NET Core.

- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms and building web-based applications.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle or SQL Server.

- Strong experience in SAS-based product development.

- Proficiency in Angular or similar front-end frameworks.

- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.

- Prior experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
