## Description

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer Lead to join our team.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the work of the SQE team;

- Participating in the selection and qualification of suppliers;

- Building and improving control processes;

- Validating supplier RCA and assessing the effectiveness of CAPA implementation regarding deviations identified during inspections or audits;

- Managing claims and monitoring/rating suppliers based on inspection results;

- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and agree on actions in the field of supplier quality;

- Participating in achieving department priorities in the field of quality;

- Ensuring timely task completion;

- Controlling the application and ensuring a process approach to production activities.

We invite you to an interview if you have:

- The ability to read and perceive drawings and technical documentation;

- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;

- Experience in managing teams;

- Experience in conducting supplier audits;

- Experience working with suppliers, developing supplier improvement plans;

- Knowledge of RCA tools;

- Certification in quality (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC, Six Sigma) - an advantage;

- Understanding of statistical quality control methods (Sampling, AQL, Gage R&R);

- Understanding of material processing technologies (plastic, metal, electronics);

- Experience with quality tools (SPC, GR&R, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan);

- Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/ERP, PLM/JIRA - desirable.
