## Description

The Assistant Analyst - Health & Safety will report to the India H&S manager and implement Health & Safety practices, policies, and procedures within the Noida office.

## Responsibilities

The Assistant Analyst - Health & Safety will be responsible for the following deliverables within the Noida office location:

- Facilitate the local implementation of the India H&S strategy, H&S Management System in line with ISO 45001 and the Global Expectations for Managing Health & Safety.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the Health & Safety Management System is effectively implemented locally.

- Assess H&S training needs, plan and organize necessary H&S training programs for employees based in Noida office.

- Monitor H&S performance periodically and communicate to the H&S Manager.

- Ensure emergency preparedness and response planning is up-to-date for local emergencies and arrangements for expats and international travelers.

- Support internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation pertaining to health & safety.

- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of Health & Safety in the office environment.

- Maintain the internal iSMS (Integrated Safety Management System) for incidents and observations statistics and other H&S-related activities.

- Analyze statistics of all accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, making recommendations and ensuring that findings and root causes are addressed appropriately.

- Perform Premises Risk Assessment and Premise Compliance Inspections at the defined frequency or as needed.

- Support the business in local H&S-related procurements.

- Ensure adequate information, advisories, and notices on H&S matters are communicated to local relevant groups on time.

- Support the H&S Manager in implementing relevant occupational health & well-being programs in Noida.

- Support the H&S Manager in all H&S promotional activities and campaigns within the Noida office.

- Support the H&S Manager in executing H&S Projects.
