As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, performing cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting pharmacy personnel.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help locating items

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments

- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs

**Requirements:**

- At least 16 years of age

- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and have close visual acuity

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Schedule:**

- Anticipated weekly hours: 29

- Time type: Part-time

- Shift flexibility: Flexible weekend shifts

- Weekend shift frequency: Every other weekend required

**Pay Range:**

- $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
