Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Work Pattern** Monday 14:00-18:00 Wednesday 14:00-18:00 Thursday 14:00-18:00 Friday 14:00-18:00 Saturday 14:00-18:00

_Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December._

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver remarkable service to make sure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
