## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Aintree Retail Park. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 12:00-16:00

- Monday: 16:00-20:00

- Tuesday: 16:00-20:00

- Friday: 19:00-23:00

- Saturday: 16:00-20:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products and make recommendations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Additional Information:**

- Unsocial hours premium of £3.00 per hour applies for shifts between 22:00-06:00

- Successful candidates may be required to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December)

- This role is part-time, and applicants must be 18 years or older due to health and safety legislation
